This session:  This session will answer the following: What are implied warranties, and how do they differ from express warranties?  How do warranties compare to general contract commitments? How does indemnity operate? How is it different from my standard contract remedies?

Presented by: Joseph F. Lorenz, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Borda Lorenz P.C.  Mr. Lorenz is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.  He received his J.D. in 1985 from the University of Michigan Law School.  In 1982 he received his B.A. in International Relations from the James Madison College of Michigan State University.  His practice areas are: contracts, corporate transactions and business law.
